low blood sugar ?

I really eat very slow like ricking a tea spoon of smoothie because my digestion is very sensitive, so I took a few hours to finish it but can the slow eating cause low blood sugar and feel withdrawals? I ricked a little maple syrup this morning to increase blood sugar but nothing has changed. the other day w/d lasted over night and it subsided around 3pm where cortisol level goes down.

Please positive reply I am really sensitive and tensed thank you.
