Can anyone tell me if I can titrate Librium capsule?

So here’s my issue. I went into tolerance from Ativan got stabilized on 25mg of Librium and went to make a cut which was 20% because Librium is in capsule. I stuck it out for a month and after talking to my Doctor today he was alarmed at the severity of my withdrawal symptoms and suggested staying on 25mg for a while to stabilize. My question is i don’t want to be prisoner forever. How can i slowly titrate from these capsules, can i dissolve these in water or milk? I truly don’t know what to do or if it’s possible. I truly believe i could do a taper without taking 20% hits...

I am currently tapering off of Librium and was told by Badsocref (senior moderator on BenzoBuddies) that Librium is water soluble, so you can just mix it in water.  No need to use alcohol.  You can check out my posts.
