How do we know if we’re still in the acute phase?

I’m curious what stage of healing I’m in.

I still have many symptoms and feel very sick, but compared to the first 3-4 weeks I was off, I’m not that extreme anymore ( For now - Knock on wood ) As many symptoms that I thought were gone have came back.

 

Today I’m 6 weeks off. What’s the average length where ppl start getting better? I know it’s all so individual, but I’d imagine there’s rough estimates for those that did a smart taper.

You will just gradually or very slowly improve over time , I’m not so sure about stages but I found that I would notice I got better every couple of months , after a certain amount of time there will be nothing left .
