I have this weird thing where when I get nervous and overwhelmed I’ll breathe through my mouth and it feels like very cold air. I’ll then cough loud about 3-4 times. After coughing I get nauseous and cough a few more times loudly and hard and feel like I’m going to throw up. This happens usually in the morning after waking up when I’m the most anxious or if I get overwhelmed during the day.

 

Anyone else? What is this?
