GETTING THROUGH A HIDEOUS WAVE ??

My waves have always been long and hard but after 5 doses of CBD oil 8 weeks ago they are almost constant - have every symptom I have ever had and the intensitity is turned up to the max.

 

How do you cope with your waves - what do you tell yourselves when you feel them coming

Obviously try not to take anything questionable if you can. I took a supplement (L theanine) and got me back on this poison. One get desperate and start to look for quick fixes. I don't know where you are on your taper but go natural as much as you can. Keep yourself hydrated, healthy foods, go for walks and cold showers helped me a lot!
