Hi,  I tapered too quickly last fall from Ativan, and after 8 weeks drug free had physical issues with bladder spasms and panic attacks.  I reinstated my Ativan to 1mg and over several months have been cutting and holding to .5 at bedtime my current dose for about 3 weeks. I have been studying about titration and would appreciate help with a titration schedule.  I plan to hold at .5 for several more weeks before I start titrating my dose.  Thank you in advance.  Bekki
