Muscle/tissue loss , hard muscles/tenders pain etc?

Do others who have/had severe muscle/tissue loss and tightness find even holding cutlery hurt and dig into fingers squashing flesh that then took an hour or more to plump up again and even scalp and back of head hard and painful on pillow and cranial bones like every other joint including vertebrae in body crushed tight together?

I'm 40/f and I've had times where my fingers and feet are slow to respond if it's compressed or indented by something.  Occasionally my fingertips also get really wrinkley like I've been in the bath to long. 

 

My situation isn't related to being dehydrated either.

 

I do have lots of sore spots. My occipital bones are unhappy regularly.  The tendons on the top of my ankle/foot get swollen and it looks like a muscle spasm. It hurts a lot. 

 

I'm at .365mg Valium.
