Off Benzos for 1 week

Joining Benzo Buddies for help with bizarre symptoms. On Valium 15-20mg for 4-5 years. Finished taper a week ago.

That's great you're Valium free, but it sounds like you're not symptom free which is very common.  It can take awhile for your brain to heal from this experience so what you're feeling is normal.  What symptoms are you having, what was your taper like, did you come off the drug slowly?

 

Have you read The Ashton Manual, chapter 3 will list your symptoms and why you feel them.  Also a good read is a post made by one of our members, it tell you What is happening in your brain.
