I’ve been in semi freak out mode for months now and most people around me just think I’m going through hard times from a loss in the family.

 

I seem to have woken up today now (weeks of WFH) and today realize something very bad happened to me.

 

I’m nowhere near myself. Doing things I never do. Worrying about things I never have. Just not functioning like myself. I knew something was up but it seems like all of the sudden today I’m in total realization.

 

Now of course I’m full anxiety, and super worried that this all irreversible.

 

Anyone else have something similar?
