Want from Dry taper to liquid taper live up country in thsiland

Tapering for 3 weeks bu the gemini weightscale is not stable And I can't make small cuts there for 

Van anybody help me to change from dry taper to liquid taper  Al'so are interested in compound but can not get here so is it possible to make one your self ?

Please some help here I am very bad at calculations
