Need Tapering advice.

Hey guys,

 

    I am tapering from 10mg of V doing DMLT for the first 5 mg and 5 mg of tablets at night. 

In 30 days or so, I'll be off the first 5mg from the liquid.  I will have to start the last 5 mg that I've been taking at night before bed. 

 

  Presently, I'm not sure how to work this.  Should I keep the 5mg at night and just taper that and just take it at night.  And I'm wondering if I should keep it at the DMLT ......or go with a scale?  Which is easier and better?  Can't imagine drinking all that water before bed.

 

  Would really appreciate any advice on this subject.  Not sure if I'm in the right place here on BB to ask.
