I was told about a text-based crisis service. The text # is 741741.  I used it today during a state of panic, and the staff person I worked with was wonderful. I got the info from some friends on social media who also say it's a great resource.

 

Anyway, I just wanted to share. 741741. Try it if you feel unsure what to do, if you're in panic or despair, etc. A real person will text with you.
