Hello my old bottle weighted 0.156 average pro pill now have new bottle weights 0.151 average pro pill  I will be tapered from 0.156 to 0.144 with old pills  than I

Need to use new bottle so where do I go from 0.144 what would be my next step with the new pills as they have 0.005g  less weight  do I have to step from 0.144 to 0.140

I agree with your calculations.  The change in pill weight is pretty small - only around 3 percent.  You probably could just keep using the same (old) calculated weights with minimal impact.
