Missed my dose

Hi,

 

Not sure what to do. 

 

I missed my evening dose last night and didnt realize till I went to set up my PM and AM doses my bedside and saw the bottle with the medication.  It's now 6:30PM and I usually take my pm dose at 10PM. 

 

I have felt okay today, and even slept in my usual broken way. 

 

Not sure what to do at this point. 

 

Should I take my usual dosage or should I take extra?

 

Any help would be appreciated.

Most people do this once in awhile. Usually they go on to the next dose with no noticeable issues, especially with long-acting benzodiazepines. Don’t let it get in your head.

I would probably take half now and your reg dose later.  That way you keep what is probably enough to just level you out.  And FH, if you have any problems, just take the other half.  It's really no biggy, believe me, I bet you can't find 2 people on here, that hasn't missed a dose.  You stay safe.  LY  :smitten:
