Hi Christine...just wanted to tell you how happy I am for you that you've completed your Valium taper  I truly aspire to your commitment and hope that your new benzo-free journey will be one full of peace and happiness. I look forward to the day I can take that jump. Baby steps right? Just knowing you made it through gives me tons of hope for my own recovery. Oh, and thanks again to you and your husband for figuring out a taper schedule for me. I am forever grateful. Take care and good luck to you.
