nausea post benzo while on period

what will help this? as this is the time, were I feel nauseated for the full day. I for one can not stand the thought or smell of period blood, its the nastiest thing ever. What can help this?

I got like 3 hours of sleep last night because of this, and I feel soo unwell.

I'm SO TIRED but feel SOO sick to my gut this morning, that I can't lay down

Poor one_person!!!! I'd rather have anything but nausea. Can you get some ginger to take? Saltine crackers?

I have some saltine crackers, I haven't tried them, maybe I will.  I really HATE Nausea!!!
