Best time for taking Diazepam?

Hi, I'm currently taking all of my Diazepam (3,6 mg) just before bedtime. But recently I've been having more and more problems during the night; sleep has become much worse,  nausea sets in early (3 or 4 am.) abdominal issues start around the same time.  And miserable mornings. These pils really make me feel more sick by the week. Should I take my pills at another time? Earlier in the evening,  for example. Or twice a day? Any suggestions?  When do you take yours and how does that make you feel? Thanks.
