klonopin paradoxical, not sure how convert to valium, do I need hospital?

Hi, open to all suggestions just so over this.

My neighbor took me to Costco, where I woun dup getting nothing done and just could not think/function.  I really do feel brain damaged.  Even at home, hard for me to do laundry-- I just not thinking.

 

The dr. saying phenobarb easier to get off than benzos... is that true?  Think it is clear I'm not going to get off without an assist... if it even makes sense to get off.  Thing is since feel bad on a small amount, don't think an updose could save me.  Yet to get off after this much trouble seems impossible.

 

I do get to feeling very hopeless.  Hard to believe this is going to improve ;(
