Valium fast titration - feeling sick - Suggestions?

Looking for advice. Has anyone transitioned to Valium to quickly (1 week here from klonopin .25 5mg V)  to a low dose V 8mg and then began tapering to quickly (1 mg per week) when on 7mg

, I tried MMJ 10 mg Indica that set me back. I slowed myntaper to 1 mg every 2 weeks, been getting 3 hours of sleep, waking in sweats, shaky, rapid heartbeat, anxiety with racing mind and feeling depressed and pyranoid throughout the entire day with maybe 2 hours in the late evening feeling a little better? Is there anything I can do to help?
