I've attempted to switch from tablet to liquid twice and the change alone, without decreasing dose, seems to give me significant withdrawal symptoms.

I'm going from 0.5 mg tablet to 0.5mg liquid

Liquid receipe:

-10mg clonazepam in 4ml vodka. Let dissolve for 10min

-Add 16ml water for a total of 20ml solution.

= 0.5mg per 1ml correct?

After 3 days of 1ml liquid I'm having significant physical withdrawal.

Also, how long can I leave this solution in room temp before I need to make another batch? In theory this should last approx 20 days.

You need 2ml of vodka for each mg of K.  You are not using near enough vodka to actually dissolve the K.

Your recipe should be...

10mg K + 20ml vodka + 80 ml water.

This will give you 100ml liquid K, .1mg=1ml,

Thank you Builder. I will try using more vodka.

So vodka is critical to the process? I thought water worked just as well.. I'm not attempting to be a jerk, simply understand.

Benzos are NOT water-soluble.  So you need to start with a solvent , to dissolve the benzo.  Them you can dilute that with water.  Vodka (alcohol) is the solvent.  And yes, it's critical to the process.
