Feel hollow

Anyone else feel like their entire inner body is literally completely hollow - like a great empty chasm.

Yes, I have this. I attribute this to the trauma and depression from this horrific experience. I also cannot properly connect to objects or people. Everything seems fake and superficial. I feel like the world around me is full of props and actors, as opposed to actual things and real people.

I have that but also a feeling of verything feeling physically hollow, objects feeling insubstantial as if they could dissolve and float away. I can’t feel any of my body properly. I can’t feel if I have eaten anything or any internal sensations. Is that how it is for you.

 

If I hold something in my hand it doesn’t feel materially substantial.
