Thanks @bstrong. What strength.

Im really anxious as think I've been off and pretty much on phenergan, despite my resistance too tablets I chucked most of first psychiatrist prescribed in bin. Am in UK so husband got more from pharmacy as it was all they could suggest in an episode. If you could advise on coming off, I feel like I'm being poisoned. 

Have to wait 26 days to see psychiatrist but my choice to not take.
