What do you keep your solution in?

 

I bought four packs of these 4-ounce jars, so I have 16 jars in total - (but any glass jar will do.)  I permanently labeled the caps with the day of the week and make sure when I'm preparing the doses to match the lid to the bottle with that day's medication...  Jars go in the dishwasher each day but I hand-wash the lids...  One large downside of these specific jars is the lids.  They work fine as long as they remain upright, but if they tip while in the cupboard, they will leak.

 

If my jars aren't clean or if I happen to make extra solution, I'll use these jars for the overflow. (These don't leak & it's easy to replace the lids!)

 

I know others have advocated using baby food jars.

Do you have to refrigerate it?

 

No, I do not refrigerate my doses.  I typically only prepare one week at a time but have gone up to two weeks and have not experienced any spoilage issues.
