Happy New Year To All

This is my second New Year's Eve while in benzo recovery.  This day is so much better than this day last year.  At times I thought recovery will never come but in waves and windows it gets easier and better.  I am not completely over it yet but I am one heck of a lot better than this time last year.

 

I realize that many here are struggling, I know, I've been there, but also know there is an end to this madness.  Hang in there, it will get easier as time goes by.  Wishing the best for all of you, Happy New Year.

It is amazing what a year can do. I am so happy to read that it is "easier" and "better". Those are always great words to hear around here. Happy New Year to you as well.  :smitten:
