[ma...]
Hello All , I thought I'd start to ask some random, silly, and light-hearted "Questions of the Week" for those who care to participate and share...just something non-benzo related and a way for us to get to know each other a little more. So this Question of the Week is: If you had to pick only 5 food and/or beverage items that you could eat for the rest of you life, what would they be? Here's Mine: -Cold Milk -Peanut butter & jelly sandwiches -Coffee w/hazelnut creamer -Chocolate chip cookie dough -Fritos (as Bluemoth says "No Preservatives"!) Yum, yum... What's yours??? [Co...]
I'm following the direct order given from Maggie in the Shoutbox for me to my preferences to this list. I'm a bit anti orgasmic-at-the-thought-of-food. However, I do have few things that would not like to do without. Tetley (brand) TeaOrange JuiceCheeseGreensMcVitte's (brand) Chocolate Digestives. Preferably with Tetley's Tea! Oh, and when I visit home, boiled gammon, cabbage and potatoes. It's an Irish thing!

[Co...]
I have a mate that brews a shocking cup of tea - truly dreadful. I was at his place a couple of weeks ago and realised he uses water from THE HOT TAP! No, no, NOOO! That's just so wrong. Honestly, it's something to do with the lack of oxygen in heated water (why you should not reboil water for tea). The oxygen has an influence on the chemistry of tea browing. It will be contaminated with copper from the hot water cylinder too. Anyway, I dunno about the States, but over here hot water usually comes from a cylinder that's fed from from an open header. Not good. An uncle of mine once found a dead bat in his header tank!
