Sorakingdom Valium tapering off Xanax

I'd like help from the Benzobuddies community as I'm tapering off 3 to 4 years on and off Xanax with a Valium taper. I started Valium at 20 mg per dose (3 X daily) - yes I was on a very high dosage of Xanax and several rehabs. Now at 13mg per dose 3X daily. Tapering at 1 mg per dose every two weeks. Got 6 months to go and it ain't easy!
