Feel crazy- don't know how to describe it. My thoughts are just odd. More random and intrusive than usual.  Sometimes they drive me so crazy I want to punch something.

 

Depersonalization/derealization - feels like I live in a bizarre dark place that feels unfamiliar

 

Can't get grounded- feels like I'm not having authentic experiences. Like I'm just sciming over life or like I'm on the side lines. Not engaged

Sounds pretty normal to me. Unfortunately it's normally clearly brought on by withdrawal or even tolerance.  It's hard but it eventually passes. I try my hardest not to dwell on it and go about my day as normally as possible. B
