Where do I get a spreedsheat to follow my daily titration? I'm talking .75mg klonopin three times a day. This is all very confusing to me. Multiple doses a day seems to confuse things. Any help to get me started would be great.

sorry no one has answered you, benzosupport.org has a spreadsheet. You'd have to ask others about amount of liquid etc. Also on YouTube crazy chuck or something like that has titration videos and has a spreadsheet available.
