Hi,  I'm here for hearing others experiencing symptoms similar to mine.  I took a non prescribed benzo medication for one year,  and been off it for almost 5 months now.  I quit cold turkey.  Looking to get all the info I can from here.

Glad you've found BenzoBuddies for support in your recovery.  Our bodies don't really care where the benzodiazepine came from (and neither do we  ), but the withdrawal and recovery are equal opportunity misery-makers, aren't they.

It provides a great deal of information that can be very reassuring during any stage of this process, including a list of common symptoms with helpful explanations on the reasons for their existence.
