depression all day

seems now in w/d im depressed and drained most of the day and then certain parts of the evening i feel really good what is going on here?

For me it has always been cyclical. I feel one way in the morning and another way at night. It is only a matter of getting through it. It is the holiday season and I'm trying to enjoy it. I guess I have good days and worse days. I believe we have to take it day by day or one day at a time.

Yep, I generally feel horrible the first part of the day and towards late afternoon and evening feel better, so at least I have that part of the day to look forward too.
