Cold

I'm in the midst of the worst wave thus far. New sms though, cold numb hands and feet, anxiety that doesn't cease, screaming tinnitus, cant sleep, scalp crawling.

5th month, can anyone tell me they've had this? Thinking I did something wrong

Sorry about your wave.  Let's have it end soon.  As for the cold - I remember that my hands were really sensitive to the cold.  I'd pick something like a cold glass/can of soda up, and it was like all of the insulating buffer of my skin (and warm blood) was gone.  I'd instantly feel the cold as though I'd had my hand buried in the snow for a minute or two.  Painful. 

 

Not sure where you live, but the current winter storm in much the US is probably making many people more miserable than usual.
