advice pls: switch from ativan to?

I might be switching from ativan to another benzo for sleep but i need your help. What benzo has a longer half life than ativan and is good for sleep?

 

I am also tapering from .68mg ativan so pls any help would be appreciated!  Thanks!

Now my question is, the taper schedule is for 3 doses a day but i only take it at night for sleep until zoloft kicks in. How much would .67mg of ativan equal for valium? And how long until i taper?

My dr just told me she will prescribe me clonezpam.

 

Anyone knoe is it easier to taper clonezapam than valium? Or the other way around? I need an answer asap pls, to tell my dr!
