How long did your Mental Symptoms last after C/T.

My question is how long did your Mental symptoms last after c/t? I am 2 months benzo free and most physical symptoms are gone but my dp/dr and fatigue are still roaring their nasty head.

My physical stuff was 'mostly' finished by the end of my third month.  It took three more months for most of the mental stuff to mostly resolve.  Maybe another three months before I considered the mental stuff to be fully resolved.

im 1 year and ten months out. dpdr still constant. muscles still twitching. still nerve pain. (i did have a bad reaction to a quinolone at 9 months out so i know that set me back).
