anxiety discription

I have talked to people on benzo boards and when they tell me their description of anxiety  I begin to wonder what am I having. this anxiety feels like I am tormented. it effects my head (burning most times pressure) and the feeling of fear is intense in my stomach. has anyone experience this  with anxiety?

I definitely have a feeling of increased since WD. I think that is one symptom most of us have in common. Headaches are so common maybe your anxiety brings on a headache. I definitely feel it in my stomach when it gets bad. I have it all the time and things will really set it off.  Sounds like it me, the tormented feeling is just part of it I guess. I hope it passes sometime soon for you.
