Trazadone withdrawal

I gave up alcohol two months ago. I had pretty bad withdrawal symptoms and started taking trazadone to help me sleep. I gave up Traz about 3 weeks ago. I have real bad anxiety and don't know if it's PAWS or Traz withdrawal. Can anyone give me advice?
