I have been on ativan 2 mg with other drugs for around 4 months i think

 

i take 2 mg ativan at night for sleep ( around 4 months since i started taking it)

 

how do i taper it

 

dry taper plan

 

1.875mg - 7 days

1.75 mg - 7 days

1.625 mg - 7days

1.50 mg - 7 days

1.375 mg - 7 days

1.25 mg - 7 days

1.125 mg - 7 days

1.00 mg - 7 days

 

is it good

if not then please i request give me a good taper plan
