Ataxia, numbness, tight band

Hello.. struggling everyday to find strength and hope to get through my ct wd sx.. which are not fun as many of you know.

I seem to have  a sx whereby my body moves back and forth on its own.. and if it does not...... I  begin to sway... etc.. and when I sit down.. it still happens .. but with my torso...... and then the head pressure on top of that;; and then the feeling of swirling .. like being dizzy or on a boat............... these sx are pretty awful.. please give me hope to cope if you have any thank you
