if someone could please tell me step by step ( brain is not functioning well) their protocol for milk titration process. i have my amount of liquid id like to use and how much ill be pulling etc. i would just like their step by step method. ive watched all the videos but everyone has different methods. i dose three times a day. thank you very much.
