Asking for help on creating withdrawal excel sheet please - percentage taper

Hi,

I tried a taper in September of 1/4mg of a tablet every 7 days for 1 month.  It was a disaster as my withdraw symptoms were unbearable.  I went back to my regular dose to get stable again.  Three weeks later, I tried to taper 1/4mg every 14 days and the same happened to me. I am in withdrawal right now and my mind does not work to well.  I wanted to find a way to make a spread sheet showing me the following:

 

Now I am looking to do a slow taper, 3%

 

Start date: Jan 1, 2017

Cutting 3% every two weeks - holding if need to

Dosage - I am going to split my dose into two 1mg doses

I do not know how to make a spread sheet that shows milligrams at a 3% level.  I really need support on this to start.  Can you please lend a hand?  Thank you so much

Here's a year's worth of 3% biweekly cuts.  If you split your dose, just take half the indicated amount per dose.
