Withdrawal or detox going off carbs or gluten

For those of you that went gluten free or low carb: did you get withdrawal/detox symptoms like for example hypo- or hyperglycemia or ketosis? If so, how long did it take to straighten out? Also, did you cut out all at once or gradually?


I find myself having problems with hypoglycemia and ketosis trying to get rid of the last bit of gluten.
