I'm in the midst of crossing over 1mg of K to 20 mgs of Valium. I took the K three times a day since I've been on it but I'm following the Ashton method and see that she crosses over to Valium with just a morning and evening dose. Has anyone found they could do the 2 doses with the crossover or still stick to 3? Praying the Valium will allow me to taper a bit less symptomatic since the direct K tapering, even slowly, has been extremely tough.
