cortisol blow

Anyone having success treating the am or upon waking adrenaline cortisol hair standing up surges?  Did someone post L Theanine in the AM  Help

Hi. Try getting outside, rain or shine, walk for a bit, and use that energy. It can help retrain the nervous system as well as good for muscle memory.  I have a big yellow Labrador, who has to get out and walked before my coffee, so I have to...he wakes me up, too...comes upstairs, jingles his collar tags, and leans on a closet door that makes a noise...Or he jumps up on the bottom of my bed! I tried  Vitamin C (2000mg daily). I'm not sure it really helped Cortisol. As soon as I could, in Recovery, I started walking in Nature. Good Luck. Karuna
