eperience w cheating? help

3 weeks ago I took a 7 day run of 15 mg Librium, bad move but I thought the suffering was too much. I was wrong. I'm 2 weeks done with the librium and 13 weeks jumped. Librium shows a half life of 30 hrs. and its metabolite at 5-200hrs? How the hell long am I gonna suffer for a admittedly bad choice? anyone ever do similar? I'm driven now but it would help to get someone else's take on it.  THX

It's hard to know mate but 7 days is a lot. You may be back to square 1 unfortunately. I saw a psych who said benzo tolerance can be fully back after 2 days in a row.

Doubtful, I'm still up and exercising etc., but the last 2 weeks were pretty hairy, definitely the kickback from the librium

Anyone have any firsthand experience?
