Can somebody tell me about triggers?I have no clue what happend.

I was avoiding herbal GABA products, vitamins, Mg., sugar, hard cleaning products, stress, to much activities, I am on diet, no alcohol, drugs, smoking...But no matter of this before 2 days I done something that triggered the worst attack of WD till now. Can cold weather do that, or carbohydrates?I was great all day went to walk it was cold came back home, eat rise with vegetables and after that bumm biggest attack ever...Have no clue what i done? :'(

Indeed often there is no rhyme or reason to waves. I basically eat and do the same thing everyday and I still have horrific waves. You can't stop a storm . Just ride the waves like flocks said . It's good advice.

I agree, you did nothing at all to trigger the wave. They just show up whenever they feel like it.
