Currently tapering from Klonopin.  I notice many people stating that even a year of two after healing, they were given a dose of Versed or Valium for a medical procedure, and ended up back in withdrawal for weeks or months, even after being healed.  I want to prevent this from happening, and would like to make a list of all medications that could effect withdrawal to list on a medical alert form.  Is there a list anywhere?  Thanks.
