Backlash?

I used Unisom for sleep a couple days in a row and it worked pretty well, but third day full blown symptoms w all the pain. Its the only thing I changed in my routine.

Anyone have this happen with this product?. I'm trying to connect the dots and find what I did wrong.

I used OTC for almost a month and it was ok, though I started to not like the spaciness I'd get the next day. It also dried me out really bad. Other than that it gave me solid sleep when I needed it most.
