anyone feel better after they eat? i get very dizzy and bad anxiety after i eat i usually feel better

Ha! Food is now my new addiction. I've gained so much weight in the last nine months it's crazy. Between cigarettes and valium, having stopped both, it completely changed my body chemistry. I do sometimes feel better after I eat. However sometimes I get weird gas that feels like it's in my chest, takes a bit of getting used to. Plus I'm over 40 so everything's kind of screwey. Peace
