I am at 1mg

Can barely get off couch

Heaviness alternating w terror chest pain Akathesia and heart palps BAD

At what point should I go to ER? I went to cardiologist last week- PVC every 5 seconds

Trying to stay hydrated but I have d (sorry tmi) and worry about electrolytes

Last thing I want to do is be in a hospital where I won't sleep

But I am scared
