I've been tapering off of Clonazepam for a while. I'm down to .0625 mg and I'm going through typical withdrawal symptoms. I'm here to get support for the rest of my "trip".

I am glad you found us today. Congrats on getting to such a low dose! You certainly have come to the right place for support.

 

 

You might like to check out The Ashton Manual it is an authoritative source on what to expect in withdrawal and recovery.  Dr. Ashton is an expert in the field.

I am someboday who stupidly did a CT from a very large dose of Ativan. I am always impressed by those who can get down to such a low dose. Nicely done. :smitten:
