Well l felt l had gotten over the worst when the depression lifted but now l feel so lathergic with neck ache and head ache it feel's like l have a virus is this withdrawal, also l feel ok once l have been up awhile then about 11am start going down hill and things that l had planned to do don't get done anyone else .... Has it been 9 mos since you discontinued benzos#? If so, you are definitely out of acute stage. It took me about 12 mos to feel somewhat normal..
